NFS Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only if a written refund request is submitted to NFS, signed and received before player placement sessions begin for reasons as noted below.
If a player does not attend any tryout session; or
If a player cannot play due to a medical diagnosis, accompanied by a doctor's note; or
If we cannot place your child on a team.
If any New Frontier soccer programming is shut down, suspended, or delayed, out of the control of New Frontier Soccer Club, programming will be moved online, and the board of directors will review all refund requests.
Refunds will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee if they meet the above requirements.
Refunds for U4-U6 programs are available up to 2 weeks prior to program start date and will be subject to a $25 administration fee.
