New Frontier Player Pathways
We look to support each player’s individual journey and help them reach their full potential. Our pathway offers a route for all, keeping players in the game and promoting soccer for life.
Players showcasing both skill and determination to compete at the highest levels of the game receive continuous support from us. The level of connections and guidance we give to our players is unparalleled. We pride ourselves on our relationships with MLS/European Academies, University programs, and senior professional opportunities within the game. This extends to local engagements in the CPL and international opportunities in leagues such as MLS, English Leagues, French Leagues, and more.

University Soccer
As a new club that was only established in May 2021, we are proud of the number of players who have gone on to play at the University level and beyond.
Our Director of Football (Brendan O’Connell) and Performance Phase Lead (Kev Francis) served as Coaches for the University of Calgary Men’s team for 9 years. They have a deep understanding of the post secondary system here in Canada and have developed strong relationships with other colleges and universities.
