Summer Camps FAQ
What are New Frontier Soccer Camps?
New Frontier Camps offer a structured weekly experience with our professional coaching staff. Sessions take place around daily themes which take a closer look at technical soccer skills required for the game. Players will participate in fun challenges and games with other players to create a social and connected experience.
Are there programs for children of all ages and abilities?
We host different camps targeted at different age ranges. Please be sure to read program information at the time of registration. We welcome players of all soccer skill sets. We will maintain at least a 12:1 player to coach ratio at all programs. Players will be grouped based on age and ability. If you have a request for your child(ren) to be in a specific group, please contact us prior to the start of camp.
What will happen in the case of injury on camp?
Our lead coaches have received basic training in first aid. If a serious injury does occur, then the Camp Director will immediately contact the guardian and, if necessary, the emergency services. Guardians must disclose all important medical information during registration.
Are there bathroom facilities?
Yes, all facilities will have some form of either permanent or portable facilities.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
We play in the rain. However, if the rain becomes hazardous to the players, coaches, or fields we will take a break under shelter and let the weather pass. In the event of lightning, we we will cancel the program for that day. We will make up any hours missed due to bad weather either by adding hours onto camp throughout the course of the week, or offering a make up session(s) the following week.
How will cancellations be communicated?
If the program must be cancelled for any reason, the Camp Director will email all guardians. Phone calls will be made to parents of any participants who have not been picked up within 30 minutes of the email.
