Zario Reyes Joins Vancouver Whitecaps MLS Academy!

We are proud to announce that New Frontier SC 2008 player, Zario Reyes, is moving to Vancouver to join the Whitecaps FC MLS Academy U16 Team.

Zario will join the full-time, funded academy designed to maximize potential by linking technical, personal development and education. He will compete in the new MLS Elite Youth Development League playing against other MLS Academies.

Zario will spend this spring/summer playing with his New Frontier teammates before making the move to Vancouver in September.

Here’s what our Director of Football, Brendan O’Connell had to say about Zario’s achievement…

“It’s been my pleasure to have coached Zario for a number of years now. He is a talented player who is capable of changing a game on his own.

He has fantastic technical ability and shows tremendous bravery to take risks on the field. He is a special talent and we are beyond proud of his deserved acheievement”.
